We all eat.  Whether the experience  is relevant to you is subjective.

This blog is dedicated to those who esteem culinary artistry and its sensory possibilities.

When did North Carolina become so relevant?  I leave and return and its booming, particularly the Triangle.  The most appealing aspect of it all is the majority of NC’s reputable places are locally owned- no corporate/franchise backing…  Survival based on the principal of down-right goodness.  So since its all new to me – I felt it best to share my experiences with other  patrons curious of what is relevant in NC ‘eats’.

I’ve been over-analyzing food/restaurants/bevies for a while… taking it all a bit too seriously — But food is important!  It’s a biological necessity, but we aren’t just inventing fire.  We’ve been getting fancy with food for a while – so let’s embrace this experience that culinary artists strive to deliver and share what is worthy to be deemed relevant – good, bad, or mediocre.

This blog is fantastic! You’ve posted about several Triangle Restaurant Week participants, I hope you plan to attend the event this June.
